I also wanted to share what I’d discovered about how the mind influences the body, how to tune into the language of the body, and how simply changing your energy can change your entire world.
That’s when I got the idea for a program.

The initial version of this program was an in-person intensive over the course of six months, and it took place 100% in person. And honestly? It was literally a life-changing experience for everyone who participated.

But I know that 6 months of in-person learning is not a commitment everyone can make, and I believe every empath deserves the opportunity to love and understand themselves, get clear on what’s holding them back, and discover how they can create the life they want.

You’ll also be able to see where your patterns connect with each other, where you have opportunities for growth, and how you can find gratitude – no matter what.
You’ll use the following tool:
  • Box Relief Exercise: To help you work through your triggers, grudges, and bad habits – one by one
  • Gratitude Relief Exercise: Feeling stressed about someone or something? This exercise will help you find even the smallest reasons to be grateful.

Step 5: Re-frame Your Mind
